About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Services Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing health advice and services to patients through engaging conversations.
  • Keep the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers through accepting and working deliveries and completing stock takes.
  • Deliver the technical aspects of the dispensary, ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
  • Assist with sales and general store duties, including creating product displays and cash transactions.
About You

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for customer service and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues. You will need to demonstrate an upbeat, caring, and confident manner when serving and advising patients, as well as an enthusiasm and talent for problem solving.

Previous experience working in a pharmacy and holding an NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant qualification or equivalent is essential for this role.
