Well Pharmacy – Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacist Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in patient care at our pharmacy in Ashby Primary Care Centre in Doncaster. This community pharmacy is easily accessible from surrounding towns and cities and is located within a medical centre, fostering a strong relationship with the GP surgery.
Our Pharmacy's Impact:
- We dispense over 12,000 items monthly.
- We provide a wide range of services, including all NHS contractual services – NMS, Pharmacy 1st, Contraception, Hypertension.
- We offer services to 3 patients with substance misuse needs.
- We dispense 53 community blister packs monthly.
This pharmacy operates from 8:30am to 6:15pm, Monday to Friday. Our dynamic team consists of 1 x ACT, 1 x Technician, and 4 x Pharmacy Assistants.
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate must hold an MPharm degree or equivalent, and possess management experience. You will be focused on leading your team to deliver exceptional community pharmacy services to our patients and customers. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon commencement. Package Highlights:

We offer annualised contracts, allowing you to choose your working hours each year. Consistent rotas and geographical coverage that suits you. We also provide ongoing support and development opportunities to help you grow in your role. You will be supported by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits.
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies, including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing. This enables you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers. We prioritise mental health and wellbeing, with our field managers trained in Mental Health Awareness to provide greater support when working in our pharmacies.
