Well Pharmacy – Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacist Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in patient care at our pharmacy in Ashby Primary Care Centre in Doncaster. This community pharmacy is easily accessible from surrounding towns and cities and is located in a medical centre, fostering a strong relationship with the GP surgery.
Our Pharmacy's Impact:
- We dispense over 12,000 items monthly, demonstrating our commitment to meeting the needs of our community.
- We offer a wide range of services, including all NHS contractual services – NMS, Pharmacy 1st, Contraception, Hypertension – ensuring our patients receive comprehensive care.
- We provide services to 3 substance misuse patients, highlighting our dedication to supporting vulnerable individuals.
- We dispense 53 monthly community blisters, showcasing our ability to cater to diverse patient needs.
This pharmacy operates from 8:30am to 6:15pm, Monday to Friday. Our dynamic team consists of 1 x ACT, 1 x Technician, and 4 x Pharmacy Assistants, working together to deliver exceptional patient care.
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent, and management experience is essential for this opportunity. You will be responsible for leading your team to deliver outstanding community pharmacy services, prioritizing patient satisfaction and well-being.
