About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working in a community pharmacy that is commutable from surrounding towns and cities. Our pharmacy is located in a medical centre, with a good relationship with the GP surgery. We provide a wide range of services, including all NHS contractual services, and have a strong focus on patient care and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient care and services
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing, patient counseling, and administrative tasks
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Area Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and implement changes as necessary
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An MPharm degree or equivalent
- Management experience in a pharmacy setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A strong focus on patient care and community engagement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
