Pharmacy Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at our pharmacy in Ashby Primary Care Centre in Doncaster. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

About the Role

  • Lead a dynamic team of pharmacists, technicians, and pharmacy assistants to deliver exceptional patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance, patient satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Area Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager to achieve business objectives and improve pharmacy operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • MPharm degree or equivalent.
  • Management experience in a community pharmacy setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
