About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at LincolnshireCoop. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our community pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical advice and reassurance to patients and members
  • Support the pharmacy team to ensure an efficient and friendly service
  • Check prescriptions for accuracy and safety, assist with dispensing medications, and advise patients on routes of administration and dosages
  • Maintain close working relationships with doctors' surgeries regarding prescriptions and medications
  • Assist with maintaining records, tracking inventory, controlling stock levels, and securing controlled drugs to maintain compliance
About You

We are looking for a professional and driven pharmacist who has a genuine passion for healthcare and is keen to develop in their role and career. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm) and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Confidence in providing expert health advice and the full range of advanced and enhanced services
  • A professional and approachable manner to build and maintain dependable working relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, able to be a role model for your team in delivering face-to-face interactions to a high standard
  • Enthusiasm and drive to champion your own learning and development, and grow a continuous learning culture within your team to support their career growth
  • Experience of leading and developing a team, with drive and ambition to ensure your pharmacy meets its targets
