About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic pharmacist to join our friendly pharmacy team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills, have variety, and participate in quality improvement developments, as well as being part of a cohesive, friendly, and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services as a member of our ward-based teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to improve patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A vocational Master's degree in Pharmacy plus pre-registration training resulting in registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a Pharmacist.
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Pharmacy qualification or proven level of equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrates commitment to Continuing Professional Development.
