We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative support professional to join our small creative agency in Hackney. As an administrative assistant, you will provide critical support to our account directors and wider team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to account directors and the wider team, including setting up meetings, competitor research, and document preparation.
- Manage the flow of live projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Assist with events across the country, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Support the team with campaign management, including proofreading documents and coordinating travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- Previous office experience, with a strong focus on administration and organization.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
