Estimated Salary: Up to £45k base salary (depending on experience) with double OTE plus car allowance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships within an established customer base to drive growth and expansion.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, leveraging your understanding of telecoms and IT managed services.
  • Develop referral strategies to expand the customer base through strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, guaranteeing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to advise clients effectively.
  • Presentation skills: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts that meet client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven account management experience, ideally in telecoms or IT, with a strong understanding of managed services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with high motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking, enabling effective decision-making and business growth.
