About the Job

As an Accounts Clerk at Shepherd & Woodward, you will be responsible for accurate maintenance of the purchase ledger, daily reconciliation of till takings, and processing invoices to ensure timely payment to suppliers.

You will work closely with the Management Team to distribute supplier invoices, post invoices to supplier accounts, and reconcile supplier statements with creditors accounts.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;
  • AAT qualification or equivalent experience;
  • Purchase ledger experience;

Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
