As a Procurement Specialist Placement at MINI Plant Oxford, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of procurement processes. This 13-month internship will provide valuable experience in sourcing goods and services, commercial negotiations, and purchase orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Support: Assist the purchasing team in sourcing goods and services, including RFQs, RFQ response analysis, and commercial negotiations.
  • Purchase Order Preparation: Support the preparation of purchase orders and related documentation.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a business focus preferred.
  • Experience with MS Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Motivated and able to take responsibility for tasks and projects.
