Outsourcing Manager Role at Clark Wood

Clark Wood, a renowned accountancy and tax recruitment specialist, is partnering with a reputable firm of accountants to find an ambitious Outsourcing Manager for their Oxford office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data processing activities and treasury matters, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate day-to-day interactions regarding data processing activities and treasury matters.
  • Oversee team performance in tasks such as bank transactions, sales and purchase ledger items, expense claims, and general ledger postings.
  • Provide informed reporting on risks, opportunities, actuals, and forecast variance analysis through active business partnering.
  • Analyze key performance indicators for clients and review results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare basic statutory financial statements for clients under minimal supervision, while maintaining awareness of Companies Act disclosure requirements.
  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and training clients on accounting system usage as needed.
Requirements:
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualifications or part-qualified candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in IT skills, particularly Xero and Excel, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
