Job Summary

CV-Library seeks an experienced Young Adults Advisor to join our team in Haringey. In this role, you will provide high-quality support services to care leavers, focusing on empowering them to achieve their full potential and successfully transition into adulthood.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs for care leavers, focusing on life skills, employability, and personal development.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of support plans and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, community groups, and statutory agencies to enhance service delivery and advocacy.
  • Represent CV-Library at relevant conferences, workshops, and events to promote our services and engage with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with young people in a supportive role within a voluntary or statutory setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
