**Job Description:** Youth Support and Housing Advisor

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Youth Support and Housing Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting young adults transitioning from care to independent living.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide personalized support to young adults, assisting them with education, employment, and housing needs. You will also ensure that statutory visit requirements are met and work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored support to young adults, addressing their individual needs and goals.
  • Work closely with young adults, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless support.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with young people, particularly aged 18+.
  • Strong knowledge of care leavers' needs and associated legislation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum
