Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at THE PIG - in the Cotswolds, Cirencester. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the performance of the restaurant team and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive daily operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of teamwork, family, and community within the restaurant.
  • Ensure every guest has a positive experience through excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and driving the daily operations within the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in an attention to detail environment.
  • Confidence and ease in a fast-paced environment.
