Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at COREcruitment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

The Role:

You will be accountable for managing a team of 20 staff members, inclusive of both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, while also driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage restaurant budgets and financial performance, ensuring that costs are controlled and revenue is maximized.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and implement menus that meet customer demand and drive sales.
  • Ensure that all health and safety standards are met, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and financial control.
