We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at COREcruitment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

The Role:

You will be accountable for managing a team of 20 staff members, including both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that all restaurant operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and drink.
  • Develop and implement effective operational systems and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and other expenses, to ensure that the restaurant operates within budget.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures, and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
