Support Worker Oxfordshire

We are seeking experienced care workers to join our prestigious clients in Oxford and surrounding areas.
As a care assistant, you will provide practical and personal support to enable service users to have more control over their lives and meet their assessed needs.
Main Duties:- Provide high standards of support regarding quality of life and homely environment.
- Ensure service users are supported in a range of activities that promote independence and community inclusion.
- Support service users to make informed choices and take calculated risks within an agreed plan.
- Assist service users to attend social and leisure activities, appointments, and outings.
- NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) or willingness to undertake the qualification.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake training if required.
The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 per annum, making it a competitive offer for care professionals in Oxfordshire.
This opportunity offers flexible shift arrangements, including mornings, afternoons, long days, evenings, and waking nights.
