As a key member of our AccorHotel team, you will be responsible for managing conference and events reservations from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively qualify and convert enquiries, offer and contract, and verify invoices for accuracy. You will also be responsible for compiling and contributing to daily and weekly reporting, as well as providing general office support duties for the Admin Office and updating the events calendar.
