About the Position:
- Receptionist: Serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Night Audits: Conduct thorough audits to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and identify areas for improvement.
- Guest Relations: Foster strong relationships with guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role or in customer-facing services is essential.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Opera or related systems, and ability to work independently.
- Educational Background: Must have the right to work in the UK.
