Freight Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team in the South West Region. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating and following up on leads to maximize profitable new business development opportunities for the client.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the client's website and partnerships with operations managers in the region.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address commercial enquiries efficiently.
  3. Attend sales events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  4. Utilize strong organizational skills and a flexible approach to work to meet sales targets and exceed expectations.
  5. Proven track record in commercial express packets and parcels/e-commerce new business sales is essential.
  6. Multiple sales environment experience is required.
