Job Title: Global Operations Expert

Job Summary:

The primary goal of Global Operations Compliance is to integrate Equinix's mission, vision, and strategic objectives into our management systems.

This is achieved through the establishment of a robust internal control framework that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and corporate policies.

  1. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve EHS performance and reduce risks within Operations.
  2. Stay up-to-date with evolving EHS regulations and standards, adapting policies and practices as necessary.

We aim to promote uniform adherence to all Equinix compliance standards globally.

Salary:

$150,000 - $220,000 per year

Job Description:

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of environmental, health, and safety performance, compliance, and risk management across Operations.

Assist with the development and implementation of global EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.

  1. Develop and deliver EHS training programs.
  2. Conduct regular audits to identify potential EHS risks and non-compliance issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in EHS related subject or Engineering.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills; experience developing policies and procedures is desirable.
  • Resilient, agile, decisive, and culturally aware.
