Job Overview

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Global Mobility Expert to join Alchemy Global Talent Solutions' EMEA team in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting and administering all components of the International Relocation & Global Mobility process. Key duties include coordinating international relocations, including policy administration, expense reimbursement, visa and immigration, home search, and household goods.

To excel in this role, fluency in English and French is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire relocation cycle for relocating employees, including VIP moves
  • Liaise with HR Managers to understand global mobility requirements and implement solutions accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific global mobility policies and requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with transferring employees, HR, and local partners
  • Carru out pre-assignment briefings and client policy reviews with transferring employees
  • Provide ongoing HR and Global Mobility advice and support to clients and relocating employees
  • Promptly ensure that all services are billed correctly
  • Communicate service failures to the Global Mobility Manager
  • Prepare weekly status reports for ongoing assignments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French & English
  • Strong background in HR, Global Mobility, and Expatriate Services
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and web-based software
  • Prior customer service experience is highly desirable
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask

Estimated Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience
