Job Description
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, supporting the Contracts Manager at a prominent Facilities company in Renfrewshire. As a key member of the administration and planning team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • Provide regular reports to account and contract managers, as well as client teams.
  • Process basic payroll transactions.
  • Collaborate with the contracts team on quotation development.
  • Manage purchase orders.
  • Verify engineer time sheets and travel documents.
  • Coordinate with the planning team to schedule and book engineers.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized and professional individual with strong work volume management skills.

Employment Terms:
  • Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum.
  • Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme.
