Administration and Planning Specialist

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, supporting the Contracts Manager at a prominent Facilities company in Renfrewshire. As a key member of the administration and planning team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Provide regular reports to account and contract managers, as well as client teams.
- Process basic payroll transactions.
- Collaborate with the contracts team on quotation development.
- Manage purchase orders.
- Verify engineer time sheets and travel documents.
- Coordinate with the planning team to schedule and book engineers.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized and professional individual with strong work volume management skills.
Employment Terms:
- Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum.
- Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays.
- Pension scheme.
