Retail Store Manager UK

As a Stores Controller at TechNichols Resourcing Ltd, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability through effective store operations and customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and productivity
- Manage store staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing losses
- Build strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in retail store management, with a focus on stock control and logistics
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £36,500 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, 8 bank holidays, life assurance, 8.5% pension, and share scheme opportunities.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am till 4:00pm, with some flexibility to start earlier and finish earlier if desired. The location is commutable from Guildford, making it an ideal opportunity for those living in the surrounding areas.
