We are recruiting for a Lead Social Services Professional to join our team in Buckinghamshire. As a Lead Social Services Professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of social care professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary support and resources to deliver excellent services to our service users.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position, requiring a high level of expertise, experience, and emotional intelligence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality of our services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our service users and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of social care professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of our services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our service users and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers, healthcare professionals, and educators, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting our service users.

You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement organizational strategies, ensuring that we remain a leading provider of social care services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Significant post-qualifying experience working in a leadership role, preferably in a social care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
