Social Media Content Creator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Community Specialist to join our team at Ziff Davis, a dynamic company that continually innovates in order to stay ahead of the field.
As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling organic content across our brand channels, including Emma's Diary, BabyCentre UK, and Health Professional Academy. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content to drive traffic to our websites and support the growth of our online communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule content using social media management tools like Sprout and Hootsuite
- Create daily posts, social media assets, and videos to promote our websites and ecommerce offerings
- Monitor and respond to social comments and direct messages across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
- Work closely with the customer service team to address consumer queries received via social media
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media marketing
- Strong eye for design and branding, with skills in Canva
- Video editing and meme creation skills (Canva, Capcut, TikTok)
- Demonstrated community management skills, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt to brand tone of voice
- Experience with social media management tools
- Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment

- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
