Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance relationships with HNW clients, providing effective lending and deposit solutions to meet their needs.
  • Originate and manage a portfolio of complex real estate clients, serving as their strategic partner in the bank.
  • Develop and present business cases and credit proposals to meet clients' needs and meet ALREF standards.
  • Manage and develop an extensive network of external business relationships and introducers to acquire, develop, and service SME clients.
  • Work proactively with the Director, UK Real Estate to develop a strategic business plan for your area.

Risk Management:

  • Responsible for managing risks inherent to the role by diligently observing internal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Banking team, Credit, Compliance, Portfolio Control, and Operations departments to ensure effective risk management.

Requirements:

  • Successful background in Commercial Banking with broad experience across the financial services industry and detailed knowledge of the Real Estate market.
  • Significant Commercial Banking experience dealing with Real Estate clients in both investment and development.
  • Proven track record in developing new business and growing a portfolio of high-quality Real Estate clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation, presentation, influencing, and collaboration.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
