About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Senior Dental Officer to join our team at MedMatch. As a Lead Community Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base in a community dentistry setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dentistry and experience working in a community setting. You will be responsible for managing a team of dental professionals and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in their patients' lives. The salary range for this position is £75,000 – £91,500 (DOE/FTE), and you will also receive up to £13,000 in employment incentives to aid with relocation, training or other personal benefits.

As a member of our team, you will benefit from a range of benefits, including indemnity and uniform covered, enhanced 'time away' allowance – 27+ days and bank holidays, paid sick pay, incentives and thank you bonus', company Christmas gift, 10% company contribution to their company pension scheme, yearly GDC core subjects (CPD) costs covered, support with post-graduate training and further development.
