Lead Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Support to join our team in Supported Living. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and personal care to individuals with physical and/or learning difficulties, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of support staff in delivering a high-quality service, promoting the well-being and independence of our service users.
  • Work closely with the Team Leader to develop and implement care plans, ensuring the needs of our service users are met.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including staff supervision, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, such as healthcare professionals and social services, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma Level 3/4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Full UK Manual Driving License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
