Role Overview:

Our commitment lies in delivering outstanding care and assistance to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and health requirements. As a Lead Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering our residents to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrates reliability, friendliness, and compassion to assist individuals in achieving daily objectives, including personal care.
  • Capable of facilitating both in-house and community-based activities and interests.
  • Skilled in mentoring and guiding fellow team members.
  • Adept at managing time effectively and completing necessary reports and tasks associated with the role.
  • Possesses a great sense of humor and the ability to motivate individuals to reach their potential.
  • A valid driver's license with experience driving geared vehicles for over three years.
  • Experience in managing challenging behaviors.
  • Enjoys collaborating with a dedicated team and fostering a fun work environment.
