- Demonstrates reliability, friendliness, and compassion to assist individuals in achieving daily objectives, including personal care.
- Capable of facilitating both in-house and community-based activities and interests.
- Skilled in mentoring and guiding fellow team members.
- Adept at managing time effectively and completing necessary reports and tasks associated with the role.
- Possesses a great sense of humor and the ability to motivate individuals to reach their potential.
- A valid driver's license with experience driving geared vehicles for over three years.
