About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Care Lead to join our team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in our home, Avon Reach in Christchurch, Dorset.
You'll work closely with our Nursing team, playing a leading role in the administration of medicines, care planning, infection control, and assisting with the training and supervision of new staff.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead with a 'can-do' attitude and great communication skills.
- Be a positive role model for your colleagues.
- Be hands-on with residents and help them whenever needed.
- Be organised, hard-working, and resilient, with good observation skills, attention to detail and a sense of fun.
- Have at least two years of experience working within adult care, ideally within a similar role.
- Be qualified for NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
