About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Leader to join our team at Avon Reach in Christchurch, Dorset.
As a Care Leader, you will play a leading role in the administration of medicines, care planning, infection control, and assisting with the training and supervision of new staff.
You will work closely with our Nursing team to provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being are at the forefront of everything we do.
About You
You will be a qualified Health and Social Care Specialist with at least two years of experience working within adult care, ideally within a similar role.
You will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to be hands-on with residents and help them whenever needed.
