As a Lead Care Support Specialist, you will have the chance to be part of a team that empowers our residents to lead fulfilling lives with as much independence as possible.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
A dependable, warm, and compassionate demeanor to assist those we support in achieving their daily objectives, including personal care. Capability to facilitate both in-house and community-based activities and interests. Experience in mentoring and guiding the support staff. Strong time management skills to complete reports and tasks associated with the role. A positive attitude and the ability to motivate individuals to reach their potential. A valid driving license with experience in operating geared vehicles. Skills to manage challenging behaviors effectively.
