As a seasoned Business Development Manager at EVEREC, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base through strategic partnerships and lead generation.

Key to your success will be identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for profit generation and cost control within the existing and potential customer base.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing capture plans for open and existing opportunities, ensuring favorable outcomes.

You will promote the company's services to potential customers to maximize sales opportunities and strengthen relationships with established customers to maximize business opportunities in line with their Account Management Plan.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct business lead generation activities to acquire appropriate contracts aligned with the company's business strategy.
  • Meet and exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies as defined by the company.
  • Utilize CRM information, forecasting, and quotations databases to maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with designated customers to understand their objectives, priorities, and concerns, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Qualified in a relevant engineering discipline to at least NVQ4 level or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience within a commercial/sales/business development environment.
  • Demonstrable experience within the automotive or non-highway industry.
  • Demonstrable experience of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Able to influence and negotiate, communicate and present credibly, and willing to travel.
