Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, positioning it as a leader in the semiconductor equipment market.
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate on budget planning and ensure sales operations align with broader business goals.
Candidate Requirements:
- A strong background in selling scientific equipment or related technologies into the semiconductor, photonics or other transferable industries.
- Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Extensive knowledge of the equipment market, including major players, trends, and customer needs.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities with clients and stakeholders.
Compensation Package:
$90,000 - $110,000 per year
