Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Define and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Development: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in emerging market technologies.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, positioning it as a leader in the semiconductor equipment market.
  • Financial Oversight: Collaborate on budget planning and ensure sales operations align with broader business goals.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A strong background in selling scientific equipment or related technologies into the semiconductor, photonics or other transferable industries.
  • Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets.
  • Extensive knowledge of the equipment market, including major players, trends, and customer needs.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building capabilities with clients and stakeholders.

Compensation Package:

$90,000 - $110,000 per year
