Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting financial solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for following up on warm leads, identifying potential clients, and engaging with them to present our commercial finance offerings. You will receive comprehensive training on our financial products and services, so no prior experience in financial services is required.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong commercial awareness, numeracy, and analytical skills. You should also have proven negotiation and sales skills, as well as experience in generating new business and retention. A clean driving licence and willingness to study for the LIBF Diploma in Asset Finance (DipAF) are also essential.
This is a unique opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to transition into a new sector and company. Our client offers a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, with a guaranteed Year 1 OTE of £85,000 and a guaranteed Year 2 OTE of £100,000. There are also opportunities for career progression within the business, with no limit to your earnings.
