As a Maintenance Engineer at Kinetic plc, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery. This involves designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy industry and knowledge of three-phase power systems. They must also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Salary: £45,000

We estimate that your annual salary could reach up to £50,000, depending on your performance and experience.

This role offers a competitive salary package, including an on-call allowance, mileage reimbursement, and a £20 retainer when on call.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement effective maintenance strategies and procedures.
  2. Carry out routine maintenance tasks, diagnose equipment faults, and perform quality inspections.
  3. Liaise with clients, customers, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Procure specialist equipment and materials as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in heavy industrial maintenance or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of three-phase power systems and electrical safety protocols.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
