Diesel Engine Technician Required for Northumberland Location

This role involves working on large diesel engines, operating plant & equipment, and assisting with cargo loading/unloading.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks on diesel engines
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment as needed
- Assist with cargo handling and learn stevedoring skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Skills:- Experience with large diesel engines
- Full driving license
- Mechanical NVQ/HNC qualification
- Knowledge of mechanical systems
- Flexible work schedule, including day shifts and occasional overtime
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work at heights
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
