Job Title: English Language Educator

Location: Coastal Northumberland

Salary: £130 - £153 per day + 12.07% Holiday pay inflation

We are seeking a qualified English language educator to work in a well-regarded school in coastal Northumberland for a 6-month period of maternity cover. As a leading supply agency, Protocol Education has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment sector, and our name is trusted among schools, teachers, and support staff across the country.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Teaching English language lessons
  • Marking workbooks and errors
  • Testing students through mock tests
  • Monitoring the health and wellbeing of students
  • Participating in staff meetings and collaborating with parents and guardians when necessary
  • Maintaining good communication with the DSL lead to ensure vigilance in safeguarding
