Working Hours:
This role operates on a 3-shift pattern:
* Days: 8 am – 4 pm
* Lates: 12 pm – 10 pm
* Nights: 10 pm – 8 am (Monday – Thursday)

Job Description:
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that production machinery and equipment are running efficiently and safely. This involves performing both planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs to minimize downtime. Working with both mechanical and electrical systems, the Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician will take ownership of the maintenance schedule, ensuring high levels of compliance and performance.
Your role as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician will also involve supporting production teams by facilitating Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) checks and assisting with machine installations, moves, and upgrades. You will also be responsible for working closely with external specialists and suppliers to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Time-served Apprenticeship (preferred)
* Minimum HNC in Mechanical or Electrical (desired)
* IOSH Health & Safety qualification (preferred)
* Strong fault-finding skills in both Mechanical and Electrical systems (essential)
* Experience in a high-quality, process-driven environment (essential)
* Multi Skilled Technician – Mechanical and Electrical (essential)
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of CNC equipment (Mazak, Haas, GMC, Star)
* Experience with PLC fault finding, inverter control, and robotics
