About this role:

Our client, a leading provider of Wealth Management services, is seeking an experienced New Business Administrator to join their team based in Canterbury. This office-based position comes with the benefit of parking available on site.

Key responsibilities will include achieving a comprehensive understanding of the new business process and assisting in its development where necessary. Other duties will involve submitting all forms of new business, creating new business events, and updating cases once they have been placed on risk or 'NTU'd.

The ideal candidate will be able to ensure that cases are progressed to the point of transfer completion and plans are put on risk. They will also be responsible for adding fund accounts and initial funds, including full account details such as risk profile, account type, and mandate. Additionally, they will need to download contract notes and save them to client records.

Communication with clients will be a key aspect of this role, with the need to send updates once new plans are in place, along with policy documents where applicable. The successful candidate will also be required to liaise with the Compliance Department to ensure all cases are signed off and pre-submissions are progressed until completion.

As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to arrange medical appointments and facilitate fund switches where new business is completed.

What we offer:

In return for your expertise and dedication, our client offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
