Sales and Business Development Manager, Food Service Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Christchurch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our client list and managing an existing portfolio of clients from the foodservice and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Source and acquire new clients through targeted marketing and outreach efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the food service sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $NZD 80,000 - $100,000 per annum, plus commission
