About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our Responsible Gambling Support team at BET365. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to customers who may be at risk of, or experiencing, harms associated with gambling.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic and informed support to customers who demonstrate signs of problematic gambling.
  • Utilize internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer enquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Elevate queries where necessary, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Promote safer gambling practices and raise awareness of policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
  • Apply self-exclusions to customers' accounts, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Address responsible gambling queries and complaints in a fair and transparent manner.
