Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Greek Customer Service Representative. As a Responsible Gambling Support Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our Greek-speaking customers while promoting responsible gambling practices.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers who demonstrate signs of problematic gambling, ensuring they receive the best possible service while adhering to our Responsible Gambling policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers in Greek, using internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer enquiries.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries and escalate issues where necessary.
- Promote safer gambling practices and apply self-exclusions to customer accounts as required.
- Deal with responsible gambling queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively in Greek.
- Fluent/Native verbal and written communication skills in Greek.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Motivation to put the customer first and a passion for adhering to policies and procedures.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
- Confident decision-making skills to support our customers.
