Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Italian Customer Service Representative to join our team at BET365. As a Responsible Gambling Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our Italian-speaking customers while promoting responsible gambling practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers who demonstrate signs of problematic gambling, ensuring they receive the best possible service while adhering to our Responsible Gambling policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in Italian, using internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer enquiries.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Promote safer gambling practices and apply self-exclusions to customer accounts as required.
  • Deal with responsible gambling queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements:

  • Fluent/Native verbal and written communication skills in Italian.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Motivation to put the customer first and provide exceptional service.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and maintain accurate records.
  • Confident decision-making skills to support customers and resolve issues.
