About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Huddersfield Magistrates Court. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including the administration of court applications, processes, and Orders. As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the court.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration of court applications, processes, and Orders.
  • Counter duties, dealing with public and stakeholders.
  • Court clerking duties, using recording technology.
  • Working closely with the Judiciary.

What You'll Need:
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to work at pace and multitask.
  • Strong administrative skills, including use of Microsoft packages.
  • IT literacy.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 per annum.
