Job Description: We are seeking a Front-of-House Service Coordinator to provide a high level of service to our customers, staff, and students at Global Banking School. As a Front-of-House Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide a warm welcome to our campus.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to visitors, staff, and students, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, contractors, consultants, visitors, and management, as well as local police and fire authorities.
  • Key Management: Manage the key press and issue keys to authorized personnel.
  • Incident Reporting: Compile accurate incident reports where necessary.
  • Health and Safety: Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide ad-hoc support to our security operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Good understanding of security techniques and procedures.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Hold a valid SIA door supervisor license.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
