Construction Department Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Construction Department Operations Coordinator to join our team at Bradford College.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in providing administrative support across the Construction department and college, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high levels of customer service for the Construction department, responding promptly to queries from learners, staff, and management.
• Support the work of the department to provide exceptional administrative support across all areas of the College, including staff/student records and recruitment processes.
• Maintain and update at-risk registers, ensuring accuracy and currency.
• Ensure the College Induction process is current and delivered to all new employees.
• Create shortlisting packs and assist with arranging interviews.
• Log training sessions and attendance on the LMS, relay this information to relevant managers, and ensure accurate CPD records are held for all staff.
• Produce correspondence to staff and provide relevant documentation to support key processes.
• Manage and update Fee Waiver Trackers, cross-college Departmental Training Plans, and induction records accurately.
