GOLDMAN CHASE is looking for an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will support executives with their day-to-day tasks and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Description

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and you will be required to perform the following tasks:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, updating project plans, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintaining and organizing office systems, including filing, record-keeping, and managing office supplies and equipment.

The successful candidate will have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
